LAKW6

At Lazy Alien, every product is carefully designed, printed and quality-checked before dispatch. We want you to love your purchase, but if there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns or exchanges only for products that are damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or incorrectly delivered.

• The issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Please contact us with your order number, clear photographs/videos of the product, and a brief description of the issue. We would especially appreciate it if you could take a clear video showing the issue, as this helps us understand the problem better and resolve it as quickly as possible.

• The product must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition.

• Products that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.

2. Customised & Personalised Products

• Custom-designed, personalised and made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the product arrives damaged, defective or incorrectly manufactured.

• Please carefully check your size, customisation details and order information before placing your order.

3. Sale & Promotional Products

Products purchased during special sales, clearance offers or promotional campaigns may be non-returnable/non-exchangeable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4. Refunds

If your return is approved:

• We will inspect the returned product before processing the refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, wherever possible.

• Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

• Shipping charges, if applicable, may not be refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we may offer:

• A replacement product, or

• A refund, depending on the situation and product availability.

Please do not send any product back without contacting us first.

6. Size & Fit

We recommend checking our size chart carefully before placing your order.

A size-related return or exchange will only be accepted if specifically mentioned as eligible for that product. Change-of-mind, incorrect size selection or preference-related returns are not automatically eligible.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before the order has entered the production/printing or dispatch process. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.
