At Lazy Alien, every product is carefully designed, printed and quality-checked before dispatch. We want you to love your purchase, but if there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only for products that are damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or incorrectly delivered.
The issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please contact us with your order number, clear photographs/videos of the product, and a brief description of the issue. We would especially appreciate it if you could take a clear video showing the issue, as this helps us understand the problem better and resolve it as quickly as possible.
The product must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
Products that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.
2. Customised & Personalised Products
Custom-designed, personalised and made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the product arrives damaged, defective or incorrectly manufactured.
Please carefully check your size, customisation details and order information before placing your order.
3. Sale & Promotional Products
Products purchased during special sales, clearance offers or promotional campaigns may be non-returnable/non-exchangeable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
4. Refunds
If your return is approved:
We will inspect the returned product before processing the refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, wherever possible.
Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Shipping charges, if applicable, may not be refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
After verification, we may offer:
A replacement product, or
A refund, depending on the situation and product availability.
Please do not send any product back without contacting us first.
6. Size & Fit
We recommend checking our size chart carefully before placing your order.
A size-related return or exchange will only be accepted if specifically mentioned as eligible for that product. Change-of-mind, incorrect size selection or preference-related returns are not automatically eligible.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before the order has entered the production/printing or dispatch process. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.
